CHANGES TO LIENSNC.COM

On October 19, 2013, those of you who use LiensNC to locate project information and lien agents should notice some changes.  One significant change will be that the search will be converted to a keyword search similar to what most of us use in Google or Firefox.  The belief is that this will make searching more user-friendly.  Also, the search will produce a “Search Results Report” from which you can work.  It is reported that this too will be more “user-friendly.”

Other updates are in the works which will allow the addition of waivers, subordination agreements, and releases to the system.
