Downtown Durham Approves a Major Construction Project

Congratulations to the City of Durham, as they recently laid the groundwork for renovation of a vacant tobacco factory near the existing American Tobacco Campus.  The project should continue to revitalize the downtown area.  A life sciences company recently purchased the building, millions of dollars in tax incentives have been approved, and over 300,000 square feet of usable space will hopefully become reality in the near future.  Read more:  http://www.newsobserver.com/news/local/community/durham-news/article38989440.html
